I originally set up this blog to be accessible only by actually knowing the URL. that allowed me to maintain some control over it, given that I wasn't sure how much I would be able to do in the early days after the transplant.
Recently I've had a suggestion that others might benefit from the content here. Having given it some thought, I've made the blog publically searchable and available. I have set any comments to be moderated in order to prevent spam and other annoying things that tend to happen on public blogs. Hopefully this will work well, and if it's of benefit to someone, great.
