BTW, FYI, ICYMI, etc.
September is Prostate Cancer Awareness month (among many other things, I'm sure). This is where I hang out a lot these days, decorated for the occasion. Wonderful facility with wonderful, caring staff. One of the blessings we have in this journey.
Certainly, prostate cancer is just one of so many cancers, so many diseases and afflictions that need attention and awareness. Obviously, for me this one is close to home. If this effort raises awareness and compliance among men, that would be a great thing. If it furthers efforts in finding cure or even prevention, that would be awesome.
Following is a link to a site from which we've purchased wristbands along with a few other items. While the link goes to the prostate cancer related products, they have many others. I will note that previously the site stated that donations were made to related causes; however, there have been some changes, and so far I can't confirm or deny that. But it is the only site I've found so far that isn't just selling stuff.

If you're local, we have some "No One Fights Alone" wristbands that we are happy to give out to anyone who wants one. For us they are acknowledgements of all those who are fighting beside us in so many different ways and means, for which we are so grateful. You are gifts to us - thank you.
